Right now I'm:

• Building this site's Machine, the part where you describe a small tool and it gets built overnight. Turning the nightly workflow into something I can run in under twenty minutes.
• Going deeper on offline-first mobile: sync that a non-technical user can actually trust with data they can't re-collect.
• Reading more than I ship this month, on purpose. Mostly database internals and the boring parts of reliability.
